It's easy to say that I love this series.  The whole of it.  It all starts with Heirs of Falcon Point so you must read that story first.  From there, you have these two featured authors writing The Danger with Diamonds and now From an Unknown Sender.  A.L Sowards is taking on the historical side with Codes of Courage based on the ancestor of one of the characters in these books.  (one of my favorite books this year!!)

I love how this series is full of family, excitement, secrets, suspense and yes, danger.  It really kept my attention and had me hanging on to see what would happen next.  The character development was good, the relationship progression a little slower.  But Lars, Marit, Cole and Isabelle working together was so good.  They are friends and they are family.  They each of have strengths and connections is different places.  It was so much fun!!  I can't wait to see what comes next.

If you haven't started this series yet, grab Heirs of Falcon Point and start reading!  You are in for a treat!  If you've already started, carry on!

Content:  death, peril, violence.  Kissing.

Unseen (Guardian #7) by Traci Hunter Abramson

You never know when you’ll be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Manuel never expected to be condemned to life in prison for something as mundane as going to buy milk. When the guardian program offers him a way out, he fakes his death and becomes a ghost, protecting U.S. government operatives in Central and South America.

Laura’s work as a nurse practitioner in San Diego has pushed her to the breaking point. Her visit to Honduras to see her abuela is supposed to be a respite from the pressure. In a split second, however, Laura is captured in a deadly case of mistaken identity. The outlook is dire until a mysterious rescuer appears, launching the pair on a desperate flight to freedom.

Manuel’s skills are pushed to the limit as he races to get Laura out of the country alive. What begins as a connection forged in a shared ordeal quickly deepens, and Manuel and Laura must learn to trust their instincts―and their hearts―if they hope to survive..

I love this series so much and getting my hands on a new addition to it feels a bit like Christmas.  This author really knows how to deliver the growing tension of suspense that keeps me on the edge of my seat throughout the whole book.  There was plenty of action and the story had great forward momentum with a few of those quiet moments interspersed so I had the chance to really get to know the characters better and feel their growing connection.

Manuel was a great protector and defender.  How can you not admire a guy who was dealt a bad hand and makes the very most out of it?  He was so easy to like.  He and Laura worked so well together and I liked the way their friendship and trust grew.

I think you can read these books as standalone's, in any order, but you might be happier if you read them in order.  The references to characters from other books will have more meaning.

Content:  peril, violence.  Death.  Kissing.

- I received a complimentary copy of this book.  All opinions expressed are my own.

The Danger with Diamonds (Falcon Point Suspense #1) by Traci Hunter Abramson, Sian Ann Bessey + Giveaway

Some secrets are worth keeping. Others are not.

When Lars Hendriks arranges to meet Marit Jansen in Vienna, he is hoping their friendship will blossom into romance. What he doesn’t expect is a surprise visit from his cousin Cole or the loose diamonds he brings with him.

As a CIA operative, Cole Bridger is used to uncertainty, but when his work takes him back to Vienna, he looks forward to reconnecting with Isabelle Roberts, the fellow agent he dated briefly before duty took him away from Austria. Unfortunately, his silence over the last few months has created a chasm he can’t cross without help. He barely takes a step toward repairing the damaged relationship when a brazen jewel heist seemingly links Cole, Lars, Marit, and Isabelle to the crime. The group is drawn into a deadly mystery, and once again, the treasures of Falcon Point are threatened. It doesn’t take long for them to realize they have stumbled upon something far bigger and more dangerous than a simple robbery. And someone on the inside knows it.

I've been looking forward to this book for so long!  We first get to know these characters in The Heirs of Falcon Point and what a happy day it was when the authors announced that there was more to come for this family.  I love romantic suspense and I love these authors!  It's a great combination for me!

I would sure love a TV series or a movie based on this book and this family!  I could picture it all that way as I read it.  That's how you know something great is happening.  This book had a great forward momentum that also allowed for character connection and emotion.  There was danger around every corner and some lovely romantic moments.  I read through the whole book quickly and didn't want it to end.  I hope the next book comes soon!!  Love, love, love.

Sinister Secrets by Traci Hunter Abramson, Clair M. Poulson and Paige Edwards

Traci Hunter Abramson: Secrets of St. Augustine

FBI Special Agent Doug Valdez is in France looking for money launderers. The last thing he expects is to find a young girl fleeing for her life or the deadly game of cat and mouse that ensues.

Paige Edwards: In Plain Sight

Jaclyn Girard was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and now she’s caught in the middle of a deadly investigation. With danger mounting, she must work alongside FBI operative Cody Ackert if she hopes to survive.

Clair M. Poulson: Hounded

Recently retired Army Ranger Renn Huitt has found the perfect job. Working for Bob, a private investigator nearing retirement, should be easy. But Bob has put a lot of people behind bars—people who hold a grudge. And now they are coming for him.

Secrets of St. Augustine: 5 stars
If you have read any of this author's books, Agent Doug Valdez will be familiar to you.  He's been in quite a few books so his character was familiar to me.  Even if you haven't read about him before, his general backstory is covered so you will have a good idea just how awesome he is.  This story is action packed and fast moving starting in France and then through Europe.  Poor Layla.  The history of her short life so far will break your heart.  Doug was the perfect person to cross paths with her and save her.  I loved this story!  (no romance here, but definitely love!)

Hounded:  3.5 stars
Author Clair Poulson is going at knowing his terminology and the way the police process works.  His stories always sound believable and reasonable.  There was a lot going on in this story, and there were a lot of people involved.  I didn't have trouble keeping them all straight, I just had trouble connecting to the characters and to any sort of emotion.  I liked the strong men who had strong women helping them though.  That felt good.  (mild romance)

In Plain Sight:  5 stars
This story was such a good balance of all things emotional and suspenseful.  I loved the dual perspective from both Cody and Jaclyn.  Jaclyn's family was brought into the story and it really made things feel homey and gave that touch of realistic as they all shared a cramped apartment for a bit.  The food, the sleeping, the bathroom.  There was plenty of action and tension to keep me reading, anxious and invested all the way through.  My favorite of the three novellas in this book.  (This novella held the most romance.)

Content:  peril, violence (running, chasing, gunshots, fighting).

Not Dead Yet (Guardian #6) by Traci Hunter Abramson

Cassidy Edgemont has been dead for four years. At least, that is what the world has been led to believe. After becoming unwittingly entangled in a group called the Coalition, known for using fake news to generate political unrest in the United States, Cas was offered a devastating choice: stage her own death and join her rescuers, the guardians, or risk the wrath of the organization she betrayed. She chose death.

As an invisible government operative, Cas has been living in Paris with no complications—until her family pays an unexpected visit to the European city, changing everything. They think Cas is dead, and she has to keep it that way. But when a bomb is detonated nearby and fake news incites riots in the city, Cas recognizes the mark of the Coalition.

Donovan, a fellow guardian, is summoned to join her in Paris to attempt to untangle the intricate web linking Cas’s past with the recent bombings. But as the threat level escalates, Cas must again make an impossible decision: face possible exposure to her family in her race to uncover the truth or risk the loss of innocent lives.

 * Amazon * Goodreads * Deseret Book *

Wa-hoo!  I feel like cheering because we finally have another book in the Guardian series!  I love this series so much.  Romantic suspense!!  This book is just good entertainment in reading.  Danger, suspense, and a bit of romance.  Smart, strong characters.  What more could I want?  Well, I always want more as a reader, especially from this author writing in this genre.  I'm greedy like that.

Cas and Donovan have both given up so much.  Life is lonely for them both and I just felt so sad for them, especially as we got to know more and more of their backstories.  My heart really wanted a happily ever after sort of beginning for them.  They worked well together and I loved how their friendship grew each day.  It was a gentle sort of romance that took a backseat to the plot driving the story forward but I sure do love driving plots.  So exciting!

I also want to go to Paris and eat all the food.  Also, I was so glad to see old friends from previous books popping up in this story, giving this series the feeling of family.

I loved this book!  It's a great addition to this series, which is one of my favorites.  Go grab it, curl up with it and be entertained, beginning to end.  Thank me later.  😉

Dreams of Gold (Dream's Edge #2) by Traci Hunter Abramson + Win A Copy of This Book!

Nine months ago, Amaliya Marcell’s world was rocked when she nearly lost her parents in a devastating accident. In that moment, everything changed, and it was with no small amount of determination that the former ballerina rebuilt her life into something wonderful alongside the man she loves, her pairs ice-skating partner, Tyler.

Since he was a child, Tyler Linden has dreamed of Olympic gold. And with Amaliya by his side, he’s confident that his goal is finally within reach. The pair is on track to compete in the Winter Games in Leningrad, but the path to gold turns out to be rougher than they expected. A painful injury on the ice shakes Amaliya’s confidence, and it will take every ounce of willpower to keep working toward the competition of her life. But when the discovery of a family secret connects her to the Soviet Union, the truth of her history forges within Amaliya a renewed determination to make her Olympic dreams a reality.

 * Amazon * Goodreads * Deseret Book *

What a fun book to read as the winter Olympics are going on!  Ice skating is one of my favorite things to watch so this book really grooved with where I am right now and what I'm watching.  This is book two in a series you really should read in order.  There are also a couple novellas in this series which again, should be read before this book.

By now these characters are feeling very familiar to me and I feel like I know them.  Amaliya and Tyler have been working hard and are finally competing, on a quest to get to the Olympics.   There are plenty of bumps in the road- distrustful father, stalker, competitors, and secrets uncovered.  It's quite a ride that has been building for a while now.

This series is pretty gentle in nature.  It flows easily and comes across very naturally and life like.  There is a strong sense of family and lots of good support that comes from that.  The overall theme of working hard and reaching for your goals is easy to feel given that Amaliya and Tyler are athletes.  This book is definitely more climactic and exciting in nature than the other ones.  It has more plot based elements where the others are more character based.  The whole series is great but this book was my favorite of the series.

Content:  mild peril, mild violence, kissing.

Leopold makes his choice—but too late. His family is ripped apart, never to be reunited. But decades later, fate brings together the descendants of this broken dynasty in the place where it all began—Falcon Point.

But when unforeseen opportunities draw these Lang cousins to Falcon Point, they soon discover they are not alone in their quest to claim the coveted property and the fabled treasure hidden within. Unfortunately, another claimant, one with a much darker heritage, is determined to eliminate the Lang family once and for all.

 * Amazon * Goodreads * Deseret Book *

Wow, I have so much running through my head right now and so much I want to say.  Most importantly, I loved this book.  The whole concept with the four authors and a dual timeline where we start in the past and then spend the rest of the book in the present day was genius.  It was like the best of both my favorite worlds- historical fiction and contemporary.  There was mystery and adventure, danger and treasure!!.  And yes, there was love.  It all combined to give me a story that had me invested and interested from beginning to end.  The ending had me on the edge of my seat with anticipation.  I loved it so much!

Honestly, the historical loving part of me wanted more of the past.  I wanted to follow each of the Lang siblings all the way to the end.  I wanted "the rest of the story"!  (anyone old enough to get that reference there?)  We get some details filled in throughout the story but it just wasn't enough for me.  Greedy, right?  Yeah, I know.

I'm so hopeful that these authors will do more of this.  Please let there be more of this.  Will anyone write the Lang siblings stories?  Please?  I know.  I'm greedy and I'm a beggar.  That's what book love does to you.  It makes you a greedy beggar.  😂

Content:  peril, some violence, death.  Kissing.

Redemption (Saint Squad #11) by Traci Hunter Abramson + Win This Book!!

Gage Stewart has spent five years trying to overcome his past. Once an abused and troubled teenager, he has worked tirelessly to move beyond the fateful day he was manipulated into holding a group of teenagers hostage. Now, with a new identity and a college degree in criminal psychology, he accepts an unlikely job teaching others what to do during mass shootings.

At the hotel where his class is held, Gage is immediately drawn to Skyler Prescott, the daughter of the wealthy hotel owner. Gage and Skyler quickly discover a shared desire for normalcy, and their easy friendship soon develops into something more. But after a night out ends in horror when a gunman opens fire in the crowded venue, they make an alarming discovery that threatens more than their relationship. The attack was little more than a publicity stunt to draw out the real target: presidential candidate Senator James Whitmore. Unwilling to become someone’s scapegoat, Gage must now work in tandem with the very men who ended his own life of crime before it began—the Saint Squad.

 * Goodreads * Amazon * Deseret Book *

Yessssss!  Finally!  I have a new book in the Saint Squad series to read!  Redemption is HERE!  I might be a little bit excited.  This is my favorite type of book by this author- this romantic military/government suspense.  She writes all kinds of books really well, but this is my favorite genre.

This book had me hooked from the very beginning with Gage and Skyler.  There is an excellent build of character connections, emotion and plot that leads to such an explosive ending.  It was so exciting!  The "bad guys" are obvious to the reader from the beginning but not to the characters so there was always that extra tension of knowing something they didn't know and hoping they would figure it out.  Gage's arch was particularly satisfying and I was so invested in his growth and success.  I'm like a Gage cheerleader- "come on, Gage!  Don't give up!  You can do it!  Believe in yourself!  You've got this!  You are capable, smart and worthy of good things!"  See?  Cheerleader.

The Saint Squad novels build on each other with the same characters showing up in all the books and some cross over of plot lines.  I don't think you have to read the previous (10!!) books before reading this one but you might be more satisfied if you do.  These characters become like family after so many books and some of the inside jokes might be missed.

I really love the cover on this book.  The actual title print is awesome and I love the graphics as well.  It's a great representation of what this book is about.

This whole book just made me happy.  I'm ready for more.

Content:  peril, violence, death, mass shootings, kissing, some Christian elements (going to church, praying).

- I received a complimentary copy of this book.  All opinions expressed are my own.

An Unlikely Pair (Dream's Edge #1) by Traci Hunter Abramson

After a family tragedy, aspiring ballerina Amaliya Marcell is adrift. When she is forced to leave behind everything she knows, the lost young woman struggles to build a new life in an unfamiliar city. But when she meets a handsome world-class figure skater, she finds a glimmer of hope.

After his sister’s unexpected retirement from figure skating, Tyler Linden is devastated to give up his shot at the US national championships. His only hope is to find a new partner, a task that proves nearly impossible—until he observes a beautiful young woman at the local ice rink.
Struck by her grace and poise, Tyler takes an unthinkable risk and asks Amaliya to become his new partner. To both of their surprise, she agrees. The path to the championship won’t be easy, but Amaliya and Tyler quickly establish a solid partnership and a profound connection—both on and off the ice. But competition at the championships is fierce, and when the time comes, they will be forced to put everything on the line if they hope to achieve their dreams.

 * Amazon * Goodreads * Deseret Book

This book makes me wish I could watch the winter Olympic games RIGHT NOW, specifically figure skating.  It's one of my favorite things to watch.  I'm always so fascinated by how graceful and how fast these skaters are.  The few times I tried to ice skate were laughable because I just couldn't get the hang of it.  Not Tyler and Amaliya though.  They are the epitome of elegance, grace and strength.  I just love figure skating!!

Amaliya begins this book as a dancer- a premiere ballet dancer, just like her mother but with a love for the ice like her hockey playing and coaching father.  When Amaliya gets the chance to skate her natural skills and hard work propel her forward, right into Tyler's arms.  I love that they had a slow burn start to their romance but built a solid base of friendship first.  This story is so gentle and so easy to read.  There is nothing heart pounding or fast paced about it- just a good, solid story about two people working hard and finding love along the way.  I really enjoyed it.

It was also fun to see Amaliya's parents in this book and even get their perspective every now and then to help me remember that connection I had with them in their novella (Dancing to Freedom).

If you are a fan of figure skating, don't miss this one!  It's so sweet.

For years, Troy has lived in the shadows as a Guardian. As part of this secret government taskforce, he has agreed to oversee the team’s base of operations on a remote private island in Maine, replacing fellow agent Ace and his wife, Kristi, for a year. When Troy steps in to hold down the fort, however, he does not anticipate company. So when Kristi’s sister, Jocelyn, appears on the island looking for a getaway, Troy is unnerved by her presence—hiding his top-secret work from the beautiful visitor is a recipe for disaster.

It’s been years since Jocelyn has been able to relax, and the family island is the clear antidote to the chaos of the business world. Expecting solitude, she is taken off guard by the presence of the handsome house sitter living in her sister’s home. Though she and Troy fall into an easy friendship, beneath his calm demeanor, he is an enigma. It’s clear the man who is quickly stealing her heart has a secret, but the truth is beyond Jocelyn’s widest imaginings: Troy is involved in stopping a political coup, and their relationship threatens to place Jocelyn squarely in the crosshairs of a deadly assassin.

 * Amazon * Goodreads * Deseret Book *

All good things will be coming out of my mouth for this book.  I really loved it but first can we talk about the cover?  This publisher is so good at covers!  Honestly, they have created some of my favorites and this book and series is an excellent example.  This cover perfectly matches the content of the book and well, I just love it.

So now.  The book.

I loved being back on the island off the coast of Maine, this time with Troy and Jocelyn.  Everything in this book grew so well together.  Friendship, plot, suspense.  So many of the characters in this book are familiar to me from previous books in the series which gave it that feeling of community and family.  It also means you really should read this series in order because you will love it so much more if you do.

The buildup in tension was great.  I loved how my feelings grew as the story progressed.  The ending was full on.  I finished right before going to bed and I had a hard time turning my brain off.  It just wanted to think about the book!  I even woke up thinking about it.  I love when that happens.

This author is so good at this genre!  One of my favorites.

A Change of Fortune by Traci Hunter Abramson

Law student Brooke Sherman leads an enviable life, with an impressive education, a prestigious internship, and an ambitious boyfriend who any girl on campus would love to date. But one phone call shatters everything: her father, the optimistic man who insists on buying lottery tickets and dreaming big, has terminal cancer. Desperate to get home and predictably unable to rely on her boyfriend, Brooke finds an unlikely hero in the form of her classmate.

Jason Ramsey has had a crush on his study partner Brooke for months, but he’d never encroach on someone else’s girlfriend—even if the guy doesn’t treat her the way she deserves. But when he learns of Brooke’s father’s diagnosis, Jason steps up to help however he can. In the weeks and months following, Jason is Brooke’s rock, and after Brooke’s breakup, Jason becomes much more than just a friend. But even as they plan for a future together, things get complicated: Brooke’s father had a dying wish, that his daughter buy one last lottery ticket. She never dreamed that fulfilling that wish would jeopardize a future with the man she loves.

This was such a sweet book.  Brooke and Jason were two good people who were easy to like and easy to root for.  It didn't take long to feel like I knew them and understood what motivated them.  They felt really good together.  Jason was so attentive and kind to Brooke especially when she needed him most.  I loved that about him.

The story unfolded in a very natural way and the circumstances felt believable.  It was very gentle and easy to read.  There weren't any heart pounding moments but there is something to be said for a story that is calming and gentle when the world around us is not.  This is definitely a feel good story.

Content:  death, kissing

Royal Heir by Traci Hunter Abramson

Within a fairy-tale palace overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean, Princess Cassandra of Sereno leads a charmed life—until that life is nearly cut short in an assassination attempt. Desperate to protect his daughter, the king sends the princess to safety in the one place he trusts: the neighboring country of Meridia. There, Cassie’s life is placed in the hands of a man who possesses the skills to protect her. CIA agent Levi Marin has years of experience pretending to be someone he’s not, but posing as the boyfriend of a real-life princess is new, even to him.

With the CIA and Interpol hot on the trail of the assassin, Levi and Cassie do their best to blend in in Meridia and to remain professional amid their charade. Yet despite their best efforts, the charade begins to feel all too real. Their chemistry is undeniable, but forgetting the dangerous reality of their situation could prove a deadly mistake. Cassie’s would-be killer is still at large, and her search for answers is leading her ever closer to a shocking revelation that will rock the monarchy of Sereno to its core.

Traci Hunter Abramson is one of my favorite go-to authors.  She writes several different genres and I enjoy them all.  This book is a continuation of her royal books but can easily stand alone.  I have to say that I sure love this cover better than the previous ones!

I love the setting of this book and wish I could go somewhere with warm azure waters right now.  There is something about imagining the life of a princess in danger and a dashing, strong man to protect her.  It definitely feeds those romantic notions that live in my head.  Levi is awesome.  Trustworthy, brave, smart.  All the things a great hero lead should be.  Levi and Cassie's relationship feels mature and believable.  I enjoyed them both very much.

The plot in this story has a great build up.  Information comes in a steady stream and keeps building until the explosive climax hits.  I was interested from beginning to end.  This is a clean romantic suspense.

Content:  mild violence, mild peril, kissing

Mistaken Reality by Traci Hunter Abramson + Win This Book!

Hadley Baker can’t believe her boyfriend finally invited her on a fancy hotel dinner date only to break up with her in public. Even more unbelievable is the moment FBI Agent JD Byers finds her crying in the women’s restroom and demands she evacuate. Seconds after JD ushers Hadley outside, an explosion shatters the building. Could her life be any more disastrous?

JD didn’t anticipate seeing Hadley, the beautiful schoolteacher, again after he saved her from the hotel attack. But soon after her ex-boyfriend became a lead suspect of the hotel bombing, the man turned up dead—and now it seems that Hadley herself is a target. Determined to keep her safe, JD shelters Hadley as they join forces to put together the pieces of the perplexing case. When they discover the horrifying truth behind her ex-boyfriend’s nefarious work, Hadley realizes her life is far from the only one being threatened. Countless others are in danger, and she and JD may hold the key to saving them.

This book was exactly what I was hoping for when I started reading.  Fast paced, exciting and full of wonderful characters.  I have been reading and loving Traci Hunter Abramson's books for a looooooong time now.  Every time I see she has a new book coming out it is cause for celebration!

The story starts off with a bang.  Literally- because a bomb goes off.  From there the story expands and expands to include more people in many locations.  Once it has stretched out fully, it begins to come back in as all the players in the game start to converge in one place and all the puzzle pieces start to come together.  The story gains momentum and intensity as it goes and I LOVE that.

JD is everything you could want in a lead man.  He is strong, smart and he takes his job as an FBI agent seriously.  He protects people.  I appreciated that he was attentive and kind as well.  Those make for the best kind of heroes in my opinion.  Hadley seemed like a normal, every day kind of gal.  She teaches school, cares about her students and exudes kindness.  I liked her.  While this story focuses on Hadley and JD, there is a whole cast of people from previous books who also play key roles in making everything happen.  I would say that this book and it's characters will mean more to you if you have read previous books by this author.

I loved this book.  Simple as that.  This is romantic suspense at it's best. 💙

Content:  some violence, peril, kissing, human trafficking, death, some of the characters are Christian (specifically LDS) so there are some mentions of religious things although nothing preachy.

Sanctuary by Traci Hunter Abramson + $25 and Book Giveaway!

Kristi Hartinger has come to terms with her life as a single, thirty-something woman. She was in love . . . once. But following her boyfriend's tragic death, no one else could capture her heart. And nothing else could fill that void, though the serenity of the ocean came close. Two years ago, Kristi left the craziness of her Wall Street career behind and embraced a simpler life on her family's private island off the coast of Maine. As a resident of the small beach community, she anticipates a quiet future—until she comes face-to-face with her past.

Ace Samson is dead, or so the world believes. As a member of a secret organization known as the guardians, he was forced to fake his death years ago, leaving everything behind when he became an agent. So when he is selected to offer a potential new recruit a job with the organization, Ace braces himself: for the first time in more than a decade, he must face the woman he loved—and left.

Kristi's world is rocked by Ace's sudden reappearance, and she's soon drawn into his world of danger and cover-up. But when Kristi herself becomes a target, Ace will do whatever it takes to protect the only woman he has ever loved.

This was the perfect book for me to settle in with the last couple days.  I was really needing something fast paced and exciting and this book, happily, delivered that.  Yay!!

While this book is part of a series, I don't think you have to read them sequentially to understand.  You might be happier if do simply for the sake of back story because each book focuses on a different character within a group.

Talk about a second chance at first love story!  It's a bit rocky all the way through but that's what happens when someone is always trying to kill you.  Poor Kristi has no idea how in over her head she is.  Ace saves her life SO many times!  I think for that reason alone she should give him a second chance, right?!

I loved the constant forward momentum, the danger, the building intensity, everything.  It was fantastic and I was fully invested from beginning to end.  When I was at the end with only a few chapters left, my husband wanted my help with something he was doing for me.  I hated putting the book down for even a minute!  It was torture.  Ha.  I love when books can pull me in so completely!  It's no wonder why this author is one of my favorites in this romantic suspense genre.

Proximity by Traci Hunter Abramson + Book and $25 Giveaway

Tia Parker always seems to fall for the wrong guy. But when she meets Evan Spence at a friend's wedding, it seems like she's finally found Mr. Right. Their spark is undeniable, but reality may extinguish any hope for a future: they are separated by thousands of miles. As the couple struggles with the pitfalls of pursuing romance long-distance, Tia is taken off guard by a new arrival in town.

Colby Farren is handsome and charming and has made it clear he's interested in Tia. Yet despite his obvious infatuation, Tia can't seem to get Evan out of her mind. Caught between the attention of two very different men, her complicated love life is soon eclipsed by much more sobering concerns. A break-in at her apartment is just the first in a series of bizarre events, each bringing her one step closer to a dangerous liaison. And knowing who to trust could be a matter of life and death.

Ooh, stalker books are so freaky to me.  I really felt the build up of tension in this book as Tia got closer and closer to trouble.  I knew it was coming and I was getting so worked up just waiting for the "big thing" to happen.  It was so good!

The bad guy is so sneaky- so slimy.  He gave me the willies.  Tia is so sweet though.  I loved the romance in this book even when I was freaking out.  I also loved the return of characters from previous books in this book.  It was like having some old friends around.

Clean romance with a touch of suspense is just what I was hankering for this week.  This fit the bill perfectly.

Content:  light suspense, mild peril, kissing

What a fun collection of stories from a fantastic group of authors!  I love that this group of people have come together to do what they do best- write stories- to raise money for a fellow author friend that is struggling and in need of support.  What a great community of friends, right?

These books will transport you to various times and places but all of them have one thing in common.  Sweet, clean romance, which I love, so this anthology was perfect for me to settle right in to.  I don't have time to review each book individually but they are all good.  I have a few favorites- Origami Girl, Falling for Lucy, and Just This Moment.  You just cannot go wrong picking up this collection.  Read them binge style or savor them one by one, here and there.  There are so many stories!
