Kiss Me in the Moonlight (A Destined for Love Romance) by Lindzee Armstrong

When Paige’s mysterious and attractive boyfriend dumps her in an email, she decides that chaperoning hormonal teenagers on a once-in-a-lifetime trip is the perfect way to cope. Surely a summer in Europe will heal her battered heart. Best of all, she’ll get to visit the historical sites she’s spent a lifetime studying on someone else’s dime.

Nick's life is in free fall. Being an undercover agent has never been easy, but lately the price has been too high. He’s just dumped the love of his life for a secret European mission that resulted in the death of his best friend. Nick can’t shake the feeling that there’s a rat at the agency, and he’s determined to track him down.

When Nick and Paige end up spending the summer together as colleagues, it’s more than either bargained for. Sparks fly as they reconnect, and secrets become harder and harder to keep. Paige is determined to get answers about their breakup, and Nick is eager for a second chance. But as the investigation into his partner’s death heats up, one kiss in the moonlight changes everything.

I've been reading all the books in this series and up today is one by one of my favorite authors, Lindzee Armstrong.  Each book in this series is written by a different author and is a stand alone novel.  The only connection the books have is that they are all set in Europe- and they are clean romances.  Lindzee changes things up a bit in hers by adding an element of suspense that I loved.

Paige and Nick have a history.  Their previous relationship ended suddenly and in a bad way thanks to Nick.  Paige was left heartbroken and full of questions.  When Nick turns up unexpectedly on a summer job with Paige, she is dumbfounded.  And angry.  Nick wants to reconnect- he wants a second chance and he's working hard to get it.  Sparks fly!

I love second chance at love stories.  I loved how sparky this book was and how the element of suspense kept me on my toes and wondering.  Paige and Nick were both great and I was rooting for them from the very beginning.  This was such a fun story and a great addition to this series.

Look for my review of the last book in this series, Never Trust the Rain on Friday!

Content:  Some mild violence, kissing

- I received a copy of this book from the author.  A positive review was not required and all opinions expressed are my own.
